When you contact us

We collect the company name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, and message you submit. We use this information to review and respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. Please do not submit passwords, production credentials, or sensitive business data through the form.

Campaign attribution

When you submit a form, we may also save the page path, referring website, and campaign parameters associated with your visit, including Google or LinkedIn click identifiers when present. This helps us understand which service and campaign brought the enquiry. We do not send the content of your message, email address, or phone number to website analytics.

Optional analytics and browser storage

Google Analytics is loaded only if you choose “Allow analytics.” It records page views and limited interaction events, including a successful enquiry. Google may process this information on its infrastructure. See Google’s privacy policy.

We store your analytics preference in your browser. If you consent, campaign attribution can also be retained for the current browser session. Without consent, attribution stays in page memory and is not saved to browser storage. Essential functionality, including forms, remains available.

Access and retention

Enquiries are stored in our service-request system and accessed for handling business enquiries. Hosting and communication providers may process data as part of operating these services. We keep enquiry information while it is needed for the conversation, a resulting engagement, or applicable record-keeping obligations.
